Abstract
Mūtᾱlᾱt-e-Seerᾱt apparently seems two distinct subjects and topics because the sphere of fῑqh is principles of law and shᾱrῑᾱ, and sphere of seerᾱt is generally considered as history and biography of prophet Muhammad(S.A.W).But actually there is great relationship between these two. Fῑqh refers to deep and profound understanding, for instance deep understanding of commandments of Holy Qūr'ᾱn and of seerᾱt of Holy Prophet (S.A.W). It is not easy to follow the rules of the shᾱrῑᾱ until these three are deeply understood. Therefore there is deep relationship between fῑqh and seerᾱt. Infact, it is necessary to understand seerᾱt to understand rules of fῑqh .And without understanding the rules of fῑqh, teaching and commandments of seerah cannot be understood. Mūtᾱlᾱt-e-Seerᾱt in this era is a needful field of study. This wrok aims to investigate narrations and events within the seerah and to protect them from unnecessary, fabricated or weak and invalid narrations. Following consist of fῑiqhῑyyᾱt extracted from the Battle of Ūhūd and some of them later, which will be useful in accessing the original purpose of the seerᾱt.
