Abstract
Feminism is the most scopic and extraordinary in focus topic of the new era. The west has been standing with the viewpoint that it has provided women with all the rights and secured them from every sort of cruelty and injustice. Islam has been the pioneer position to identify the rights of women. Before Islam, the women were in the grip of traditional violence. In contrast, they were given a due place in society and law by the glorious religion of Islam. In the present day, the slogan is often raised that the west has secured the rights of women. But in the real sense, Islam has taken the first step in the matter which has been explained in detail in the under reference article.
