Abstract
The Holy Quran is such a comprehensive and perfect divine book that mankind can seek guidance from it irrespective of whatever walk of life including education and research. The Holy Quran emphasizes education and research so much that its very first revelation is about Reading (Education). The rules and principles which the Holy Quran has laid for learning and research are the very essence of our whole education system. Today, we have many new systems, emerging methods of research and latest ways of learning but if we try to probe into the matter we come to know that the Holy Quran has given many of these methods, principles and ways of learning and research fourteen Hundred years ago. That’s why the noble Quran has a great and central place in all the theories and principles of education and research. The paper in hands presents a scholarly applied study of the Principles of research derived from the Qur’anic Story of al Khidr and Moses (A.S) on our contemporary system of Education & Research. The Muslim researchers should specifically focus on this aspect of the under reference Qur’anic Story.
