Abstract
Both Islamic Fiqh and the Law try to facilitate their followers in different ways under different circumstances. In this regard many legal excuses and facilities are provided and considered to help their supporters. For ensuring these facilities both Islamic Fiqh and the Law have formed several Legal maxims (al-qaw┐‘id al-fiqhiyya) and some Fundamental Legal Principles. In the Legal Science there are some particular and wellknown legal excuses such as non-competency, disability of performance and necessity. This article focuses on such kind of excuses and facilities provided by both of them i.e Fiqh Isl┐mi and the Law.
