Abstract
Death is an inevitable gate, through which man moves from this world to the world of the isthmus (برزخ). Just as death is the end of the life of the world, so it is the beginning of the life of the Hereafter. It is the universal truth and the greatest fact of the world. Before birth the body of human being is scattered in the worldly things which amalgamate and the spirit from the heaven is inhaled in him. Again the isolation of spirit from body is known as “Death” when the body becomes a part of the earth while the spirit takes its rest in Heaven or is confined in Hell. It keeps in touch with the body in an amazing way. This is called the life of isthmus. Whoever makes the life of the world the greatest concern and the end his of desires, will take the issue of death mostly bothersome. But for those who believe and do good it shall be a message of eternal success. The event of death is terrible because it shows the results of life by standing before the Lord. Thus it is a reality at every moment, and whoever dies does not return to this world, and despite our knowledge of the reality of death, negligence is taken over by the temptations of the world and the vanity of vanity. The Holy Prophet (SAW) has explained the issue of death in detail which is described in the collections of Hadith. In this article, the rhetorical study of death has been presented in light of ahadith which shall be a productive addition to the field of research. In this study, the original sources of Hadith called the Six Correct Versions of hadith have been focused.
