Abstract

Disagreements and contrast are natural because of these deviations a human life and society could developed and established. Therefore, it can say that without any fear and hesitation that neither the unity of Ummah has faced culpability due to these Fiqhī disagreements nor debates of scholars and nor it will be faced in the future. On the condition, if it is kept in the limits of knowledge and honor. These causes neither complication of thoughts nor it creates collective issues, as it is improperly considered by some people. It is necessary to explain and clear the misconception that there is no contrast and differences in the basics of religious matters. And if there is disagreement in the creation and struggle of scholars, it is just for comparative study and for special age for special purpose, which is essential and indispensable. For this purpose, causes and nature of differences and their solution has been described.
