Abstract
The study focuses on the working women who have faced and still are facing numerous problems. Had it not been for their role in the continuation of human race on the earth, they would have gone into extinction considering the magnitude of hazards facing them. They are the creation of lesser gods, who have or as it is presumed, left them in the hands of chauvinistic males of their species. A questionnaire is used to obtain the percentions about the difficulties faced by working women in developing countries. The aim was to discover which sort of problems do they face at their work place and in the society, to explore what is the level of motivation and discouragement forces in their lives and to determine to what extent it is important to help society accept and be aware of the respect and position of the working women. The sample comprised of 121 working females and 121 for males, 300 questionnaires were distributed and 242 were received back. The collected data were screaned for errors and then analyzed through statistical tests to deduce the results. All the items were analyzed individually and then was compared with each other, and then categorized and prioritized the factors asked in the questionnaire. The results bring various critical issues in the limelight, related to the workingwomen in developing countries which are needed to be considered seriously.
