Abstract
Saudi Arabia is one of the powerful countries in Middle East and close ally of United States Since 1945 due to largest oil producer country among OPEC members. After the 9/11 commission report kingdom faced serious challenges of political survival and relationship with US. To counter these challenges Saudi government designed alternate model for image building among Americans. This model consists of foreign agents who are working in the shape of lobbyists firms and public relations agencies in US. This research paper primarily explores how Saudis extensively hired lobbyists groups with the millions dollars investment since 9/11. This investment goes directly from the Saudi government and Saudi billionaires who are residing in America.
