Abstract
Sharh Sadar means to provoke heart towards good deeds. For the achievement of such condition it is necessary to incline oneself more from the materialistic world to the spiritual facts. In today’s modern world, every person is surrounded by many psychological problems and for its solution, the ordinary materialistic ways are practiced. The rate of usage of drugs, narcotics, alcohol and other tranquilisers is increasing upto an unsurpassing level. This is indeed a common concern of which every citizen should be conscious. In seek of satisfaction, some others involve themselves in music and means of entertainment; but the pleasure does not come in the real sense. Islam provides the solution to this problem. It ordained the believers to practise the commandments of Islam and do not forget the Lord, Allah al mighty. In the other words remembrance of Allah is only way of satisfaction for human hearts. When the heart becomes habitual to the remembrance of Allah, it opens and resultantly every grief become bearable. This condition keeps a person away from disappointment and gives him the energy to tackle the challenges courageously. This article discusses the said topic in detail. For achieving of mental satisfaction (SHARH-USSADAR) one must practices the spiritual methodologies which are mentioned in the Quran as ALLAH (SWT) says: "But whosoever turns away from my message, verily for him as a life narrowed down, and we shall raise him up blind on the Day of judgment" and also ALLAH (SWT) says: "for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction. Like above methodologies and ways Quran clearly presents cure to each and every spiritual disease which are discussed in detail in the following article.
