Abstract
Badi ul Zaman Noorsi (1877-1960) has remained the most significant Islamic scholar of Turkey in 19th and 20th century regarding Islamic thought and especially “Aejaz ul Quran”. He explained more than forty different aspects and causes of “Aejaz ul Quran”(Quran as a miracle) and according to his findings, he pointed out that the most important aspect is “Nazm ul Quran”. In this connection, he appreciated the theory of Abdul Qahir Jurjani and applied it in his book “Isharat ul Aejaz-fi-Mazan Al Ejaz” and made important additions to it, explaining “Coherence in verses of Quran”, “Coherence in Sentences of Quran” and “Coherence in Words of Quran”. On the basis and help of Arabic linguistic and its eloquence, he explained the coherence of Quran as “Objectives of Quranic Coherence”, “Coherence in different circles of Coherence”, “Irsal e Nazm” and “Coherence in Repetition”. It is his specialty that he did not force to recognize his theory only by words but he explained his work with practical application. This article is an effort to bring into lime light the analysis of Badi ul Zaman Nursi’s theory of Nazm e Quran.
