Abstract
The education and character well bring has a prime role in the advancement of human life. The teaching is the only way to achieve this target. Teaching has been sacred profession that is why the Prophet of Islam (s.a.w) has attributed it to Himself. He said that I have been sent as a teacher. Now the demand exists that how the teaching can be more effective and what the environment does it requires? What are the principles following which a teacher can be an exemplary teacher and a student can be an outstanding student? The educationalist have different views in this regard. The prominent scholar Badr-ud-Din Al Kinai has introduced the principles and ethical code of teaching which have been presented scholarly in this article.
