Abstract
Exodus is the second book of the Old Testament. Sometimes, it is also known as the Gospel of Old Testament. This book presents comprehensive details about Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) life and the Exodus (journey) of Hebrew People (Israelites) from Egypt. This theological study aims to critically analyse those contents of the Book of Exodus which are related with beliefs and majorly with the concept, attributes and characteristics of God in the light of Quranic teachings. This concept of God appeared through their worship of the calf and materialistic shapes which was developed through their ingratitude and complaints about Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) during the journey of the exile from Egypt through the wilderness to Mountain Sinai.
