Abstract
Using time-lagged design; the paper aims to find out the interactive effects of Positive work family spill over (WFS) and proactive personality on Work-Family Enrichment (WFE) of the employees. The data was collected from the employees working in public and private sector Banks of Pakistan. Results indicate that there is a positive function of proactive personality in enhancing the relationship between positive work-familyspillover and work-family Enrichment . The limitations and future research directions have also been discussed.
