Abstract

The article thematically and empirically examined the impact of Qur’anic terms of Management Practices of Ihsan (excellence), Itqan (professionalism) and Adal (justice) on organizational performance of public and private sector organizations of Pakistan. All these three variables were taken from Qur’an e Hakeem and were operationalized in organizational perspective. Data was collected from different government and private organizations. The study used a sample of 105 employees in organizations in the city Islamabad, Bannu and Faisalabad. Regression and correlation analyses indicated that there existed a positive relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of this study suggests that the government, different associations of public and private organizations as well as the organization should foster a mechanism for developing these qualities among the managers and employees which would enhance their organizational performance.
