Abstract
Pakistan is the developing country and education should be main motive and aim for its progress and to compete in the era of globalization. And such education should be provided which fulfills the basic aspects of the learning and gives the mental, physical and ideological ethical training. The rise and fall of any nation is directly linked with the education of the nation. The structure of values, morals, traditions, behavior is transferred from the elder generation to the younger generation through the education. And for a high-quality education the most important aspect of it is Teachers Evaluation. The main intention of this research is to show the evaluation process which mostly involves training, surveillance, and data collection, coverage, monitoring and record. Teacher evaluation should be a small but important part of the larger policy for school improvement so that it would look the staff and training development takes place former to evaluation. Teacher evaluations should be done on dialogical basis and not on hierarchical basis. This study has been proposed to be descriptive by nature and survey method will be used to collect data by distributing questionnaires among the students of government and private universities. Main source of data is primary and as it is the case study of Islamabad and over all there are almost 30 universities in Islamabad but Survey has been conducted from the student of National Defense University, International Islamic university Islamabad, FAST, IQRA University and SZABIST University, and the sample size was 250 in which 50 students from each university. Data collected through questionnaire was coded and analyzed through SPSS in terms of percentage, frequencies, descriptive analysis, mean scores and ANOVA analysis.
