Abstract

"Priciples of Law or Usul-ul-Fiqh according to Islam is such a subject which discusses its significance and necessity along with the human duties relating to religion, culture and morality. Though the western law makers / legislators have formulated their own laws but their theories and sources of law are very different from Islamic theory of law because Islamic theory of law consists on religion and ethics, other than, the western legislators are opponent of ethical theories of law. That is why, the western legislators have great conflict regarding Jurisprudence. But Fiqh-e-Islami have no conflict regarding it, because the base of Fiqh-e-Islami is Revelation (kz) which is the final and authentic source of law."
